My name is Dennis Ferncez. I was born and raised in sunny Southern California. I love this area and am grateful to call it my home.      

In 2006 I went to work as a Real Estate Agent for a top producing office in Glendora, CA where I learned how to excel in the real estate business and deliver outstanding service to my clients. Throughout my years in the real estate business, I have had the opportunity to help many people reach their goals, create wealth and enjoy the process of buying and selling homes.

Why Arizona? I grew up vacationing with my family on the Colorado River; It has always been my home away from home. Throughout my life, I have become remarkably familiar with the Tri-State area. I know that many people who buy vacation homes and retire at “The River” are from Southern California so I decided to expand my services into Arizona.  Since offering my services in Arizona, I have helped many people buy and sell properties.
